As part of Love Data Week, HITS FDM is offering the Data Survival Game on February 11, 2026, from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. as an introduction to the broad topic of “research data.” The event is open to all interested FAU students and will take place entirely online.
In the game, we’ll explore the lonely research island together—there’s fame, glory, and new knowledge to be won! All you need is a camera and microphone on your computer—prior knowledge is helpful but not required. We look forward to your registrations via StudOn (maximum of 8 participants; equal opportunity until February 1, 2026; after that, spots will be filled from the waiting list).
