Such policies are in place for academic institutions and for funding organizations and provide important guidance for how to deal with research data.<\/p>\n<p>The research data policy at FAU is updated at regular intervals and passed by the Executive Board of the University.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fau.info\/fdm-policy\">FAU research data policy<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>FAU CDI policies<\/h2>\n<p>FAU CDI policies are passed by members on the basis of the working papers (see below).<\/p>\n<h2>Working papers<\/h2>\n<p>How these documents develop is visible via a <a href=\"https:\/\/gitlab.rrze.fau.de\/cdi\/admin\/policies-working-paper\/-\/commits\/master\/\">versioning system<\/a>.
