The CDI develops and operates various services in partnership with the University Library, the Erlangen Regional Computing Center (RRZE), the Medical Center for Information and Communication Technology (MIK) and researchers at FAU.
The services cover the entire spectrum of research data management, from advice on applications to the handling of research data during the project phase to the archiving and publication of research data records.
The linking of research data with other research information, such as publications, research projects, awards, etc., also plays an important role. This emphasizes the performance of the researchers and increases the visibility of the research data.
